The Manoir Horizon

The Manoir Horizon is a community and personalized residential solution that will double the Horizon Center’s service offering. In partnership with the City of Châteauguay, the CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest and the Fonds du Grand Mouvement Desjardins as well as other major donors, the Horizon Center will open on Saint-Bernard Island, in the spring of 2025, a house containing

10 rooms in long-term accommodation

12 short and medium-term respite beds

A day activities service
